Hey everyone. Sorry about the recent dearth of posts. I've finally returned to the United States, where the streets are paved and the toilets flush. I've been getting settled in the past week and a half, and attempting to not go crazy from the gaming overload. Although to be honest, I looked at the selection at my local Gamestop, and I'm convinced that not a single good game came out in the year I was gone. If someone disagrees, please let me know because I'm desperate to find something I can really get in to.
In work news, we're only doing half days until April, which is when I go on leave. Thank goodness. Also in April, I will finally see my wife for the first time since last summer. Additionally, I'll be moving her out to live with me for the first time since 2007 (has it been that long?). I don't expect to make too many updates between now and going on leave, but stranger things have happened.
I apparently have a PT test right after my 30 days of leave, which basically means that rather than relaxing and trying to forget that past year, I'll have to work out every day in order to be in good enough shape to past. Yay Army! I do plan on taking some time every day to write a post, either about my progress or one of the topics I usually talk about.
Thanks for reading, and please stay tuned for more updates!
Good to see you haven't stopped blogging. Hope you get to see your wife soon. I would think she really accepts your love for games. My girlfriend would flip if I talked about gaming before seeing her.
ReplyDeleteWheeee, glad to see you home dude. Now stay, dammit!
